Cooking: The Secret of "Cucina Povera"

More than recipes la cucina povera, the "cook of the poor" is based on the philosophy of not wasting anything. This class will introduce the student to the basic cooking techniques and teach useful tips. We will cook together and taste in class. I will provide copies for every recipe to bring home.

Menu: Roasted bell peppers with capers,
Linguine with asparagus and breadcrumbs,
Frittata with spaghetti and cheeses,
Panzanella salad.
