Meditation for Health, Happiness and Success

This is a reoccuring event.
Topics covered will teach the participant meditational methods to strengthen the body and mind. The methods shared with illustrate how to reduce stress and anxiety, gain greater happiness, improve sleep, reduce chronic pain, lower blood pressure and heart disease. Additionally, students will learn how to increase energy and improve their immune system, alleviate depression, improve concentration and memory, strengthen flexible thinking and resiliency skills, increase compassion and empathy, and gain insight, creativity and wisdom.
