The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks - Film for Black History Month
Come to a free screening of this film, starring Oprah Winfrey and Rose Byrne, in honor of Black History Month.

"The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks" tells the story of a woman's fight to learn about the mother she never knew, and to understand how the unauthorized harvesting of her mother's cancerous cells led to unprecedented medical breakthroughs.

This event is hosted by the Black Faculty, Staff and Administrators (BFSA) Network.
