Advisor Announcements

Zoom Accounts & Website Updates

• ETS undergoing a lot of staffing changes - ProZoom accounts should be rolling out soon for clubs interested in having meetings over Zoom. 
• If you have recently submitted something we'll look at the process soon if you haven't already. 
• Martiza will be reaching out to clubs that have an officer in the past with proZoom just to try to get it back. 

Forms & Remaining Active 

• If your club is in trial, we're not gonna add your club to the website yet since it is not necessarily activated. That should start sometime next week. This is also a requirement to stay active as a club -- if by the end of the quarter we haven't received those forms, that could impact your club status. If your club has JUST started, we can accept one but if you have been active the whole quarter you should have had at least 2 meetings thus far.

Meeting Proofs

• Be sure to submit your meeting proofs to the ICC Secretary email ASAP since the end of the quarter is coming very soon. 
• If your club has submitted those proofs before our last meeting which is 2 weeks from today, your club could be considered for perfect attendance. Assuming you have had a rep at all of the ICC rep meetings as well as Club Day. 

ICC Accounts

• No updates with ICC Accounts at this time due to processing time. New club accounts should be available soon. 

Online Attendance Requirements

• ALWAYS rename your self to include the following when attending meetings online via Zoom: 

1. 1. Please change your name to “First Name, Last Name + Club Name”
   2. Be sure to look for the sign in link to the Google Form in the chat. 

• This is to ensure that attendance is accurately recorded.
• If you are ever late, having connection issues or will be absent; that needs to be communicated in advance. You must be in the Zoom meeting for majority of it. Signing in for 5-10 minutes will not count as having attended.

1.) De Anza Homecoming 2023

• Homecoming Dance: Friday 11/17 from 6-9 PM, in Campus Center (Upper Level), semi-formal attire encouraged!
• Pre-Game Social: Saturday 11/18 from 10 AM - 12 PM, Next to Stelling Garage, casual red & gold attire encouraged!
• De Anza vs. Foothill Football Game: Saturday 11/18 starting 1 PM, in De Anza Stadium

To attend, get your DASG Card from Office of College Life, and RSVP using this form (OR you can call OCL or come to our front-desk in-person). Tickets first-come, first-served!

• Reserved space will be done by November 15, 2023. 
• If you want to bring a guest, reach out to college life or stop by. College Alums also count as guests.
