Programs and Services Within the General Counseling 

The General Counseling Center offers specialized programs to help you stay on track, plan your future and connect to the right resources.

Transfer Center

All students are welcome to meet with a Transfer Center counselor for resources, workshops and answers to your questions about transferring to a four-year university. University representatives visit regularly and workshops are available throughout the quarter.

Academic Awareness

All students on academic or progress notice are encouraged to meet with an academic counselor for resources and support. If you don't have a counselor through an individual program or Learning Community, you are welcome to meet with the Academic Awareness counselor or one of the team's student success specialists.

Filing for Your Certificate or Degree

You can file for your degree or certificate at any time during the quarter in which you are graduating, but you must apply no later than the last day of the quarter in order for your degree or certificate to be conferred for that quarter.
