About Me

Biography

Sita is a photographer of people and their environments, having received a BA in Anthropology and East Asian Studies from Vassar College. Her academic investigations of society gradually metamorphosed into a visual examination and exploration of the human condition. She received her MFA in Photography and the Practice of Art from Stanford University in 2000, and has been teaching photography in its various forms and iterations since then.
