2024-25 Fall Face-to-Face Demonstration Students demonstrated all of the techniques that they were taught during the course of the quarter, and were assessed on their performance and knowledge of the material. There was also a written exam based on course material. 12 6 1 0 13 The assessment process worked well. Students who only missed 1-2 classes during the course of the quarter exceeded expectations, while those with spotty attendance had more difficulty with some of the movements. Participation is key, so encouraging consistent attendance will result in better performances.

There was also a comprehensive written exam based on all the material that was covered in the class. 19 5 3 1 11 The performance evaluation worked as planned. Students with mediocre attendance did not do as well, while those who attended class regularly exceeded expectations. I need to crack down on attendance requirements for this course. Those who participate regularly in class do very well.
