Reminder: Student Housing Apply Now–Limited Availability
Dear Student,
A limited number of apartment spaces are now available for rent to students attending De Anza or Foothill College.
Students can apply for shared spaces available now in two-bedroom furnished apartments at McClellan Terrace, a garden apartment complex located near the De Anza campus and owned by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.
Pricing is per person, between $950 and $1,200 a month. While space is limited, additional units will continue to become available. If all units are filled, eligible students who apply will be added to a waitlist.
