Reminder–Survey on Disability Support Services
Dear Student,
If you haven't already completed this short survey, we’d still like to hear your perspective on programs for De Anza students with disabilities.
Please click the yellow button to take this survey – which will only take 3-4 minutes – no later than next Friday, May 2.
The survey was developed in a statewide effort to plan and improve disability services. We are sending the survey to all students who participated in Disability Support Programs and Services at De Anza in 2024-25 or 2023-24.
Your answers will be confidential and your feedback will help De Anza identify the best ways to support students. It will also help state lawmakers understand how to enhance support at all California community colleges.
