Upper Level of the Campus Center
The upper level of the campus center consists of a five conference rooms, a food court, a main dining room eating area and the fireside lounge.
Conference Room Description
Conference Room A & B (combined)
Main Dining Room
The main dining rooms is our large open space primarily used for student dining. The space has a capacity of 584 with 2' x 2' tables along with seating throughout the space. The A/V features are currently in the process of being updated but typically have HDMI hookups to two projectors adjacent to the cafeteria. There are speaker systems currently in place with microphones available from ETS.
* Please note that this area cannot be reserved during standard operating hours of 7am-11pm Monday through Friday, but is available for internal events or rent over the weekend during off hours. Custodial charges apply.
Conference Room A & B
The conference rooms are a high use location for Campus internal events and the occasional rental. Seating setups vary from theater style, banquet, classroom setup, or a combination of all three. There are full media systems available on either the A or B side with drop down screens, projection, full audio, laptop hook ups, and microphones available from ETS. There is a rolling stage that can be moved depending on the needs of the group. This area is perfect for presentation events which involve some aspect of catering.
The Square footage of these two rooms together is 5,022 sq ft and measures 93'
X 54'.
The capacity for the room is 253.
Conference Room A
Conference Room A is the closest conference room to the dining hall. An air wall can be placed to seperate this space from Conference Room B for a more intimate space. As with both spaces combined, Conference Room A features projection, a drop down screen, audio, laptop hookup, and mics available from ETS.
The Square footage of this room is 2,332 sq ft and measures 43' X 54'. The space has a capacity of 130 and is able to seat 72 for banquet seating.
Conference Room B
Conference Room B is the furthest conference room to the dining hall. An air wall can be placed to seperate this space from Conference Room A for a more intimate space. As with both spaces combined, Conference Room A features projection, a drop down screen, audio, laptop hookup, and mics available from ETS. The stage is exclusive to the Conference Room B portion of the rooms.
The square footage of this room is 2,916 sq ft and measures 54' X 54'. The space has a capacity of 200 and is able to seat 120 banquet style.
Don Bautista
Don Bautista is a smaller conference room with a 30 person capacity with the ability to seat 26 when tabled. There is a dry erase board but markers/eraser will need to be provided by group. The spaces features a media system with projection, audio, and laptop hookups.
The square footage of this room is 720 sq ft and measures 30' x 24'.
El Clemente
El Clemente is a smaller conference room with a 22 person capacity. There is a dry erase board but markers/eraser will need to be provided by group. The spaces features a media system with projection, audio, and laptop hookups.
The square footage of this room is 540 sq ft and measures 20' x 27'.
Santa Cruz
The Santa Cruz meeting room is a smaller conference room with a 16 person capacity. The spaces features a media system with projection, audio, and laptop hookups.
The square footage of this room is 630 sq ft and mesures 30' x 21'.
Meditation / Prayer Room
The Meditation and Prayer room is a quite space available to students and staff only. No reservations are required and can be used on a first come first served space. There are no media systems available.
The square footage of this room is 450 sq ft and measures 30' x 15'.
Fireside Lounge
The Fireside Lounge is a popular student use area located in the Campus Center lobby adjacent to PowerCup and the Cafeteria. This space features private study lounge chairs that can be used for zoom meetings or study. A full media system is available with a drop down screen, projection, and laptop hookups. ETS must be requested for use. There is a fireplace with gas fire capabilities upon request. Please note that the fireplace cannot be used while the screen is in the down position.
The square footage of this room is 2,250 sq ft and measures 75' x 30'. The room can hold up to 151 and accomodate 106 seated guests.
* Please note that this is a student area Monday to Thursday but can be reserved for events Friday to Sunday. Weekend custodial charges do apply.
