Title: Earth Week Planning
Presenters: Minseo

The main goal is to focus on local environmental issues to ensure community engagement and relatability. The event will include gathering local weather data to show its connection to climate change, promoting the Eco-Fund, and reducing fast fashion by linking it to flea markets for sustainability. Collaborations with eco-organizations, such as those protecting animals, will be encouraged. A keynote speaker, such as a Stanford environmental professor, will be invited, and outreach to institutions like the California College of the Arts, which offers climate-oriented design programs, will be made. Activities will include a beach cleanup with incentives for collected bags, a recycling initiative with extra garbage bags, and an infographic contest for Earth Week. An info session on fire safety will also be held. The event will be structured with the first day focused on information, the second on activities, and the third on collaboration with other organization.
Business Item 3

A regular bike survey will be conducted for review. There will be no bike program this quarter; instead, the focus will shift to providing VTA bus passes. For those interested in working on e-bike insurance, please DM to join a group chat for further discussion and planning.
